What forms of payment do you accept?

Tols Creations accepts all major credit card cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and DISCOVER through PayPal. Please note that you do not need to have a Pay Pal account.

What currency are your prices listed in? 

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Products & Orders

Are your bow ties pre-tied or self-tie? 

They are Both! Unless otherwise specified, you can order either pre-tied or self-tie with most of our bow ties; just choose your desired option on the product page.  If only one option is available, we are either sold out on the other option or we only offer one type.

Do you offer gift wrapping?  

In a way, we do. All of our orders (not each item) are shipped in elegant custom printed boxes. If you need extra gift boxes, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. At your request, we can also hand write a personal gift message to the recipient.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? 

Tols Creations is proud to offer discounts on orders of 10 pieces or more of the same item and color. Please email us at info@tolscreations.com and we will gladly provide further information.

Do you do customs?

Certainly! Please complete the contact form and we would be happy to move your request along.

What shipping methods are available and how long will my order take to arrive?

Please visit our shipping information page for an accurate estimation on shipping fees and delivery times.

When will my order ship? 

All non-custom orders are processed and shipped out the next business day. Exceptions apply in case of unusual occurrences and during peak times.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on everything we sell. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or we will issue a gift certificate. Please see our returns information page for further assistance.

My order arrived damaged/defective, what do I do?

We apologize if your order arrives damaged. Once items are shipped from our studio, the parcel delivery service is responsible for safe delivery of your order safely. In any case, please contact us through the contact form so that we can help resolve the issue immediately.
